Anniversary Card Poems
I need To add something to a Card i made for my parents anniversary…HELP?
i made them this big card with a poem i wrote in it but it is just too plain what could i add to it, its their 15th and i want it to be special…can someone help me!!!
Love your poem – just read it!
You could color around the poem with hearts and flowers.
You could get some photos of you, your family, your parents at different ages or times and put them on the card!
You could get pictures of flowers and glue them on or attach pretty colored ribbons to the card.
You could cut out pictures from a magazine and make a “frame” around the poem with them.
You could make some special “coupons” that are gifts from you to them to do something special for them — like —
a coupon for breakfast in bed, or
a coupon to vacuum or do the dishes,
a coupon for a hug,
a coupon to make dinner for them some night — including setting a nice table with fancy tablecloth, candles, and soft music!
Or a coupon for something that you KNOW they both would love!
You could make little slits every inch or so and then weave ribbon or yarn in and out of the holes all the way around the poem and then tie a big bow with the two ends when you get back to the starting point!
(If you don’t have ribbon you could color some thin strips of paper and weave them through!)
Have fun with it — they’re going to LOVE it!
