when do people start buying anniversary presents for their boyfriend? ive been dating my boyfriend for 3 months today. I am 17 and he is 16 if that helps.. i was just wondering for future reference. thanks in advance!!
Whenever and whatever YOU feel like it. In the beginning everything is a bit mushy and overly sugary and romantic and all that, but that’s part of the deal and I really hope you enjoy it. If it’s going to last for the rest of your lives, or just another 3 months makes no difference – it’s pretty cool, it really is. After one month with my first girlfriend (I was 12) I gave her a trip to Paris (France) first-class. Unfortunately I had to tell her I couldn’t afford it, so I had written down how the trip was going to take place, the flight, the hotel and all that stuff we were going to do. She thought it was the most romantic thing ever (and I saved myself $4,500 or there-about). Seriously, she thought it was cute, and I’m sure she never forgot that first anniversary present.
